Pay Rates
Minimum Guarantee
Lineholder and Reserve - 70 hours

Deadhead Pay
All deadheads are paid at 50% for scheduled block flight time

Holiday Pay
A flight attendant will be paid 150% of his or her hourly rate on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day
Per Diem (as of 10/01/2020)
Domestic and International - $1.80 per hour away from base
Vacation Pay and Credit
Vacation Pay and Credit
Vacation will be paid at 3 hours per day. A standard week of vacation is worth 21 hours.

Vacation Bidding
Flight attendants may bid and split their vacation based on the following rules. Other than 7 or fewer days, flight attendants are not allowed to have a period of vacation fewer than 4 days when split between multiple bid periods.
Sick Pay and Accrual
Sick Accrual
Flight attendants will accrue 3.5 hours of sick time for each month of active service. The bank will max out at 400 hours. Sick time will begin accruing from date of hire, however, a flight attendant in not use their banked sick leave for the first 7 months of employment.
Sick Pay and Usage
A flight attendant's sick hours will cover their missed flying or reserve at 100%, assuming they have enough sick time to cover the absence.

A lineholder's sick bank will be charged the value of the trip/portion of the trip he or she missed.
​
A reserve flight attendant's sick bank will be charged 3:30 for every reserve day missed.
Hours of Service
Minimum Days Off
Lineholders and Reserves are required to have 11 days off free from duty in base. The flight attendant may choose to go below 11 days off via trip trades, etc.

Retirement/401k
401k Contributions
A flight attendant may participate in the company's 401k savings plan. After one year, the company will begin matching the flight attendant's contributions at the following rates in the table to the right.

Air Wisconsin has partnered with many carriers over the years, therefore, their bases are not structured to fit one company specifically

Parking
Air Wisconsin will pay for a parking pass in the flight attendant's domicile. If a flight attendant chooses, he or she may have parking from an alternate airport reimbursed. The company will pay up to what the cost of parking would be in the flight attendant's domicile.

Jump-seating
Air Wisconsin flight attendants may jumpseat airlines with a reciprocal agreement.
The CRJ-200 does not have an extra jumpseat for flight attendant use.
Union Information
Union
Association of Flight Attendants (AFA)
Flight attendants are not required to maintain membership with AFA. Regardless of union status, flight attendants will be required to pay the standard union dues charge beginning after 60 days of employment.

Contract
The current contract is effective October 1st, 2020 to October 1st, 2022. The contract has been amendable for over a year. AFA should currently be in negotiations with Air Wisconsin. As of November of 2023, there has not been an agreement reached between the two parties.

Probation
A flight attendant shall be on probation for the first 7 months of service with the company
