Pay Rates
Minimum Guarantee
Lineholder and Reserve - 75 hours

Deadhead Pay
All deadheads are paid at 75% for block or actual flight time, whichever is higher.

Holiday Pay/Critical Coverage Pay
A flight attendant will be paid 150% for any credit worked on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, 4th of July.
A flight attendant who reports for flight duty on a day off shall be paid the greater of 3:45 hours or scheduled block time, whichever is greater.

Per Diem (as of 01/08/2022)
Domestic and International - $1.80 per hour away from base
Vacation Pay and Accrual
Vacation Pay and Credit
Vacation will be paid at 3:00 hours a day. A standard week of vacation is worth 21 hours. Vacation will be accrued based on the table to the right.

Vacation Bidding
Vacation is bid in 7 day intervals. Any accrued vacation that results in a block of less than 7 days will be considered daily floating vacation days. Daily floating vacation days may be requested at any time during the year.
Sick Pay and Accrual
Sick Accrual
Flight attendants will accrue sick time for each month of active service based on the table below. There is no known maximum hours to the sick bank. A flight attendant will begin to accrue sick leave 90 days following their date of hire.

Sick Pay and Usage
A flight attendant's sick hours will cover their missed flying or reserve at 100%, assuming they have enough sick time to cover the absence.
​
A lineholder's sick bank will be charged the value of the trip or portion of the trip that is missed.
​
A reserve flight attendant's sick bank will be charged 4:00 for each reserve day missed.
​
Hours of Service
Minimum Days Off
Lineholders are required to have 12 days off free from duty in base. The flight attendant may choose to go below 12 days off via trip trades, etc.

Reserves must have a minimum of 11 days off free from duty in base.

Parking
CommuteAir will pay for a parking pass at the flight attendant's domicile. If a flight attendant commutes and chooses to have parking at a location other than their domicile, the company will reimburse the flight attendant up to the value of the parking at their domicile.

Jump-seating
CommuteAir flight attendants may jumpseat on their own aircraft and on airlines with a reciprocal agreement.

Union Information
Union
International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM)
Flight attendants are not required to maintain membership with IAM. Regardless of union membership status, beginning 60 days after the date of hire a flight attendant will be required to pay the standard union dues charge.
​
Contract Information
The current contract is effective January 8th, 2020 to January 8th, 2024. The contract is currently amendable, however, there is not new information of status of contract negotiations as of now.
​
Probation
A flight attendant shall be on probation for the first 180 days of service with the company, with the possibility of a 90 day extension.
